Kupr Consulting Ltd is an independent business founded by Simon Cooper which advises B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) companies that are looking to create, or improve their Customer Success team.
We focus on high-touch / Enterprise levels of Customer Success, where relationship building is more important than automation.
Having over 10 years of customer-facing strategic experience, our approach is always based on real-life learning. We avoid lots of generic theory, models and presentations, but prefer to roll our sleeves up and provide practical solutions to your specific challenges.
Simon started his software career when becoming the Training Manager for European affiliate network TradeDoubler. Simon travelled all over Europe and Japan training new clients on Tradedoubler's propriety technology, and also performing as a Solutions Consultant in new business meetings.
His first true Customer Success role then came at Search and Social bid management SaaS company, Kenshoo who are funded by Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital. Simon held the role of Customer Success Director managing teams in London and also Europe. Simon was instrumental in ensuring clients such as Accor Hotels, Expedia, Tesco and Amazon achieved their targets through the adoption of the Kenshoo platform.
Most recently Simon was Director of Customer Success - EMEA, for Canadian audience insights platform Affinio, where he lead clients such as Unilever, BBC, Sony and Audible.
